Repco Home Finance Limited is inviting applications from dynamic, growth oriented persons with relevant housing finance experience and confident of time bound delivery of results for the position of Branch Manager for its existing & proposed branches in Maharashtra (PUNE/NAGPUR/NASHIK/DOMBIVLI).
Qualification: Graduates / Post Graduates in any discipline. Preference would be given to professionals.
Age : Preferably not exceeding 35 years as on 31.03.2010 (relaxation will be considered for exceptionally qualified / experienced candidates)
Desired Profile:
- Should have at least 5 years experience in home loans/ retail lending
- Should be familiar with credit / legal / technical process involved in home loan sanctions / disbursement, recovery and NPA management.
- Should have good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Marathi language (speaking/reading /writing) is a must
Job Description
- To handle lending operations of branch, which require speedy processing of applications / loan approvals / disbursements.
- To coordinate with panel valuers / advocates for effective delivery
- To monitor collections and manage effectively the receivables and achieve the targets set for recovery / NPA
- Timely achievement of business targets set under different parameters.
- To ensure effective marketing of loan products and business promotion
- To ensure prompt and best client service
- It is mentioned that Company does not deal through DSAs
The current CTC will be Rs.3.00-Rs.4.50 lakhs per annum. Professional qualification and proficiency in Marathi will be advantageous. Highly qualified persons will be compensated suitably.
