is looking for dynamic young persons for the Positions
of BRANCH MANAGER for its proposed Branches in Andhra Pradesh
BRANCH MANAGER
Qualification: Graduates / Post Graduates in
any discipline. Preference would be given to professionals.
Age : Preferably not exceeding 32 years as on
30.06.2010
Desired Profile:
· Should have at least 5 years experience in
retail lending / home loans
· Should be familiar with credit / legal / technical
process involved in home loan sanctions / disbursement,
recovery and NPA management.
· Should have good communication & interpersonal
skills.
· Working knowledge of local language (Telegu)
Job: Description:
· To handle lending operations of branch, which
require speedy processing of applications / loan
approvals / disbursements.
· To coordinate with panel valuers / advocates
for effective delivery.
· To monitor collections and manage effectively
the receivables and achieve the targets set for recovery
/ NPA
· Timely achievement of business targets set
under different parameters.
· To ensure effective marketing of loan products
and business promotion.
· To ensure prompt and best client service.
The CTC will be Rs.3.90 lakhs - Rs.6.75 lakhs per annum
(depending on experience).Professional qualification
and proficiency in local language will be advantageous.
Highly qualified persons will be compensated suitably. Age relaxation in respect of exceptionally qualified candidates can be considered. ESOP adopted in the Company.
